Our Lady of Caysasay Medical Center Pharmacists work in collaboration with other health professionals to ensure optimum positive health outcomes in patients who are in medication therapy. As part of their duties and responsibilities they deliver pharmaceutical care to serve patients with medication counseling, dispense only quality medicines, perform medication review and reconciliation. They guide, advice, and provide reference on how they can best fulfill their roles as part of health care team.
